Louvres
Kingspan Fabrications wall panel louvre to suit Ward's and Kingspan's composite panel systems. The louvres are available in the same module depths as the panels and incorporate compatible male and female joint extrusions to facilitate easy installation.

Fabricated Doors
louvres can be colour coated to blend in with all other materials.

Flashings
With a wide selection of materials, gauges and finishes the possibilities available for fabricated flashings are endless. The materials committed to stock include aluminium, galvanised pre-coated steels, Corus HPS ultra, Kingspan XL Forté™ and Ward XL Forté™, with thicknesses from 0.7 to 3mm to facilitate immediate supply of all clients' requirements. Additional options available include Polyester Powder Coating, insulated backings and marine plywood, and variable lengths up to 6 metres.

A selection of radius flashings and bull nose features can be produced on our CNC machinery with a smooth curve. Additional features include secret fix joint details to enhance the architectural features of these products.

Typical shapes and profiles available to suit all requirements, including membrane coated flashings in an extensive range of colours.

Top hat sections and scalloped and profiled flashings are also available to blend in with other profiles.

In addition to standard stock materials, many other materials, gauges and finishes such as stainless steel, perforated aluminium and mesh are regularly held or can usually be quickly obtained. The full RAL Range of colours is also available in polyester powder coat finish for galvanised steel and aluminium substrates.
